Welcome to First National on the Coromandel Peninsula. We are a locally owned and operated real estate company supporting a team of experienced sales staff and a large property management division.
Our primary focus is on customer service and the majority of our new business comes through referrals from happy customers.
We have been operating since 1996, starting out as Waikato Real Estate and then joining the First National Group in 1997.
We have a real family situation in our business, where everyone supports each other in the pursuit of great reviews from our clients.
We specialise in property sales of all types, including Fixed Price, Auctions and Tenders.
Our Property Management Division is run by three staff, two Property Managers and an Accounts Division. We manage well over 100 holiday homes and a similar number of residential rentals.
