Upstairs is an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the main kitchen, which is modern and has a full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher drawer and fridge freezer. The Lounge with 2nd TV and freeview, dining and kitchen are open plan so great for entertaining, the upstairs decks also lead off this area. All tastefully decorated in a beach/bach theme with new flooring upstairs and down. Ask us about bed configuration and sizes. BBQ and bikes are available for use

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking.There is a $59 admin fee, a compulsory cleaning fee of $100 and a security bond minimum of $400, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.
