Upstairs has 1 x Queen bed, 1 x double, 2 x singles, and 1 set of single bunks. There is a lovely enclosed outdoor picnic area with furniture and a built in BBQ.

Comes with 2 x fridge freezers, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower (hot and cold) bbq, dishwasher, washing machine, freeview, dvd and video player.
Parking for 2 large cars or 3 average cars. The internet connectivity only applies to the area of the property not the property itself, internet or wireless is not provided with this rental, there are hotspots in several place in the town.

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking.There is a $59 agent's booking fee and a security bond minimum of $300-$500, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged.
